Grievance redressal
Saarthi Credit is committed to resolving complaints quickly and fairly. If any part of your experience with us has fallen short, please tell us.
Step one — raise it with us
Contact our Grievance Redressal Officer:
Name of the officer (TBC), Grievance Redressal Officer Email: grievance@www.saarthicredit.com Phone: +91 00000 00000 (TBC) Address: Registered office address (TBC)
We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days of receipt. Please include your name, contact details, the consignment or facility reference, and a clear description of the issue.
Step two — escalate to the lender
Credit facilities are extended by Partner NBFC Limited (TBC), registered with the Reserve Bank of India under registration number N-00.00000 (TBC). If your complaint concerns the credit facility itself and you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to their Grievance Redressal Officer:
Lending partner's officer (TBC) Email: grievance@partner-nbfc.example (TBC) Address: Lending partner's registered office (TBC)
Step three — the RBI Ombudsman
If your complaint is not resolved within 30 days, or you are not satisfied with the resolution offered, you may approach the Reserve Bank of India under the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021.
Complaints may be filed online at the RBI's complaint management portal, by post, or by email to the Centralised Receipt and Processing Centre. Full details, including the current address and the categories of complaint covered, are published on the Reserve Bank of India website.
What we record
We maintain a register of all complaints received, the action taken, and the time to resolution. This is reviewed periodically by management.
