This policy explains what personal and business information Saarthi Credit Private Limited (TBC), operating as Saarthi Credit, collects, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
From an enquiry: name, company, email, phone, and the consignment details you choose to give us, including Bill of Entry number, port, cargo description and approximate duty payable.
During assessment: business registration documents including IEC, GST registration and PAN; financial statements and bank statements; shipping documents including Bill of Lading, invoice and packing list; and information about the consignment and its intended sale.
Automatically: basic analytics about how the site is used. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can help, arrange and administer a facility, meet our legal and regulatory obligations including know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering requirements, and to improve how we work.
Who we share it with
The partner lender, Partner NBFC Limited (TBC), where a credit facility is being considered or is in place. Credit information companies, as required by law. Service providers who act for us under confidentiality obligations, including collateral managers and container freight stations where a consignment is held as security. Government authorities where legally required.
We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for the purpose collected and for any period required by law. Records relating to a facility are retained as required by the lender's regulatory obligations.
Your rights
